Hello everyone, Today I am share a new duplex house plan design. It is a 3bhk house plan. I am explain everything in this post about this house plan.

I am share first Ground Floor plan and after explain ground floor then get first floor plan in this post.

Total duplex house plan size is 616 square ft. It was a client work. He told me to make a duplex design in 600/650 square ft.

This house plan width is 22 ft.

And Height is 28 ft. 

Ground floor have one bed room, kitchen, one common bath room, one drawing room and one dining room. Also have a small balcony and small parking area in this plan.

Ground Floor bed room size below:

12' x 10'

Kitchen size is below:

8'-7" x 7'

Ground floor Bath room size below:

4' x 7'-4"

Dining room size below:

9' x 7'-4"

Drawing room size below:

13' x 9'

Balcony Size below:

8'-7" x 3'

Now I am share first floor plan of this duplex house.

First floor have 2 bed room, one common bath room, A small balcony, Drawing room, Worship place (Prayer room) and a trache.

2 bed room size below:

12'-7" x 10'

11' x 9'

Drawing room size below:

12'-7" x 7'-4"

Bath room size below:

8' x 6'

Prayer room size below:

  8' x 7'-4"

Balcony size below:

8' x 4'

Also other free place is trache.
